We are located in Antioch Tennesee. Due to the fact that we are the ones filling out the order, for safety reasons, we did not display our address because it is where we personally live. Items ship out from our home. we use USPS to ship out your merchandise.
We do offer exchanges however, you are responsible for shipment fees. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. Our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact us via phone, email, or our contact us page.
